This FPV project with Thriamvos Haidari (Θρίαμβος Χαϊδαρίου) was built around one idea: to show a football team from inside the action, not simply from above.

Inside a Football Training Session with FPV

Using a custom FPV drone, we followed part of the team’s training session at close range and created a continuous visual route through the football pitch. The goal was to capture the pace, movement and energy of training while keeping the viewer connected to the players and the environment around them.

Showing the Team and the Stadium in One Flow

The flight was also designed to present the club’s facilities and the stadium as part of the same story. Instead of separating the training action from the location, FPV makes it possible to connect both in a single cinematic experience — moving naturally from the field to the wider space and giving viewers a real sense of where the team trains.

Why FPV Works for Sports Content

FPV sports videography offers something that conventional aerial footage cannot: proximity, speed and a strong feeling of movement. For football clubs, academies and sports facilities, it can be used to create social media content, promotional videos, team presentations and facility showcases that feel more immediate and immersive.

This project is part of FPVExplorerView’s work in cinematic FPV and drone videography across Greece, combining dynamic camera movement with storytelling designed for modern digital platforms.
